Refund policy

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns only in the following cases:
The fabric received is damaged, torn, or defective, OR
A wrong product/colour has been sent by mistake
These are the only conditions under which a return can be approved.

As we deal exclusively in fabric cuts, returns are not accepted for:
Colour preference / colour dislike
Change of mind after receiving
“Not matching expectation”
Personal taste differences
Fabric not suited to your requirement
Wrong order placed by customer
Fabrics are cut as per order and cannot be resold once returned.
Mandatory Proof – Unboxing Video
To process a damage or wrong-product claim, a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video is compulsory.
The video must show:
The parcel before opening
Full opening of the package
The exact issue (damage or wrong item)
Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.

Exchange Policy:
Since fabrics are cut to specific lengths for each customer, exchanges are not offered.
If your return is approved and the same fabric is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed only:
After the returned product is received, AND
The issue is verified, AND
Replacement is not available
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
