We sell handloom, handcrafted, curated, and boutique textiles sourced from artisans and weavers.
Slight variations in colour, texture, weaving irregularities, or dye differences are natural and not considered defects.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in INR.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Once an order is placed, the price at the time of purchase will remain applicable.

5. Orders

  • Placing an order means you agree to pay the full amount at checkout.

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 2–7 business days unless mentioned otherwise.

  • Delivery timelines depend on courier partners.

  • Shipping charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Since we deal with handloom and curated products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following case:

Eligible for return only if:

  • You receive a wrong product, or

  • You receive a damaged product.

To request a return for damaged or incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide unboxing video and clear photos

We do not offer returns for:

  • Color variation due to screen differences

  • Minor weaving/slub imperfections

  • Change of mind

  • Sale items or pre-orders

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, unless we have not started processing the order.

8. Payments

We accept payments through secure partners such as:

  • Razorpay

  • UPI

  • Net banking

  • Credit/Debit cards

We do not store or access your payment card details.
